• Here are my notes about this document:
  • Al Polatchek was Esther's second husband. Irving was her son from her first marriage. Whereas in the 1915 census he was listed as Irving Schwartz, here we can see that his surname was changed to Polatchek.
  • It says both Esther and Al were born in the U.S.
  • Al's occupation is Cutter and Esther's is House Wife.
  • The address is 6 W. 190 St., Bronx. See this address today in Google Maps.
